Private pay is an option for those individuals who are seeking our services, however the costs are not covered by a government program leaving the client to cover the cost of treatment. Private pay can mean that a client has commercial insurance with a deductible or their insurance only covers a portion of the service leaving the client to cover some of the costs themselves (out-of-pocket).
Agreed upon task the client and caregiver discuss with the RN (Registered Nurse) concerning services that they feel are needed for client during the timeframe in which the agency personnel are inside the home.
A referral is used to notify the agency of your interest in obtaining home care services. Your provider or the hospital personnel may also reach out to Dymond Life Healthcare to make us aware of your healthcare.
